We have taken one of the Best All Aluminum Trailers on the market today, and outfitted it with all the "must Haves" for a stay at Weekend Event, campground or any getaway where you want to take your bikes, Quad or whatever!.

Unlike a ordinary "toy hauler" this one is built to last a lifetime. 100% aluminum Tube frame, aluminum screw-less skin and Real solid wood custom built OAK cabinets inside! Read on:

Exterior:

This trailer skin is a R and R Exclusive "S lock" skin, .030 thickness, baked on color, and unlike "Bonded" (GLUED) skin that WILL come loose someday, the skin on this unit is folded back at the seams, forming a mechanical joint, with screws hidden inside. They will never "come unglued" but have no screws to rust! All the door hinges, cam bar locks, an hardware are Stainless Steel or Aluminum, no rust, ever. The walls and floor are made of Aluminum rectangular TUBE (no "flimsy extrusions" here!) and are spaced 16" on center throughout! The rear door has R and R Double fit frame where the door "nest inside" the door frame, and gaskets seal. The entire bottom of the trailer is wrapped in Aluminum Tread plate for good looks and long life. Every light on the trailer is LED, even the rear Flood light over the back door!

The Running gear consist of tandem DEXTER torsion axles, 3500# each, with New Dexter NevR-Just Self adjusting brakes. All hubs are EZ lube type for easy lubrication. The Wheels are 15" Aluminum Alloy, and the tires are ST205 75 R 15 RADIAL trailer tires. A battery break away system is standard, as is the front tongue jack and 7 way molded plug.

Interior:

We have done this one up right. NO PARTICLE BOARD! no cheap cabinets, or thin paneling walls! No cheap counter-tops or cheap "camper lights!"

The cabinets in the trailer a customer "built in place" cabinets built by a local custom cabinet builder. They are NOT store bought cabinets. The doors are REAL OAK, the walls are real oak plywood, no shipboard! The stain on the cabinets in real stain, not veneer or "wood grain wallpaper". The hinges and hardware are quality, the drawers are self locking, and also "real" wood. It has plenty of counter space with a lip around it so items don't roll off!!

The walls of this trailer are 1/2" thick, consisting of custom paneling placed OVER the 3/8" plywood backer. No matter how hard your ATV hits the wall, (or god forbid, your bike fall over) you will not get a hole in the wall! Interior height is a full 7-1/2 feet tall. Interior lights are LED, or Florescent, no incandescent lights.

The bed is a full 80" long and 48" wide, more than enough room for the taller men, and wide enough for two people! The canvas material is the same type found on pop up campers, so it is 100% Waterproof. It has zip open screens, and even has a emergency exit! The floor of the bed is rated to 1000 pounds, so it is safe to say it wont fall even under the most "stressful" use.

The electrical system includes a Large Deep Cycle battery, which powers all the 12 volt lights, and 12" high volume Roof vent fan. We have also included a 30 amp 120 volt breaker panel, with built in 12 volt power supply/battery charger, so when ever you are plugged into common household power, the battery will automatically charge, and all 12 volt appliances and lights run without discharging the battery! We have 6 LED Interior lights, with lights under the cabinets, and a 12 volt fluorescent light in the front area. We also have 12 volt "rope lights" in the toe kick area of the cabinets. A 12 volt, (battery powered) high volume, 3 speed "attic fan" mounted in the roof move hot air out on those cool evening. We also have a 11,500 roof mounted AC unit, for those not so cool days!

We installed a 4.3 Cubic Foot Fridge right inside the side door (easy access from the outside! should you need quick access to refreshments!) . Inside is a microwave oven, a DVD player, Full Surround Sound and high on the wall is a Huge Flat screen TV with full surround sound speakers installed everywhere! The full awning outside will beg for you to sit outside in a cool breeze, but the AC and full entertainment system inside will be hard to leave!

Outside we install a full size, Checker Awning that Begs you to come sit in the shade! Easy to roll out in seconds, and even easier to roll up when it is time to leave. The RV side door has a screen, and just inside, we placed a Fridge that is within easy reach though the door. After looking at those flimsy fold out camper steps, that feel flimsy, we decided to weld on a extra sturdy aluminum step under the side door for easy access.
